one of the best parts of our job is getting to see how like-minded folks with similar ideals and commitment to quality make their goods -- from t-shirts to socks, surfboards to shoes, we've had the privilege of getting to see firsthand how the people we look up to make. and every time, it blows us away.

but by far, the most impressive instance to date was when had the opportunity to tour the Weiss Watch Co. workshop.

starting with the ability to manufacture the vast majority of the needed parts in-house, then assembling every single watch by hand, Weiss Watch Company is redefining American watchmaking with a dedication to restoring the prestige of handcrafted timepieces. their watches embody a dedication to excellence that we're in complete awe of.

more than that, they're doing it all right in our backyard just miles away from our shop here in Nashville, Tennessee.

to us, Weiss embodies what makes the community of makers here in Nashville special. although originally founded in Los Angeles, Cameron and Whitney Weiss made the move to Nashville in 2020 --  not only for the further growth of their company but with their growing family in mind as well.

they saw the way the community here fed off of creativity and entrepreneurship, and more than that, rallied around people who cared about what they do and how they make. it didn't take long for Weiss to firmly entrench themselves in the contingent of Nashville makers, and we couldn't be more proud to work side-by-side with them.
