the fitzroy thermal lined sherpa

figuring out how to make a truly special sherpa jacket felt like a big step -- taking a piece with such rich history and striving to make it our own.

for the pocket and collar, we used the same rigid denim that's in our core lineup of selvage jeans. as for the lining, the same waffle fabric we've featured in our thermals for years, and a binding made from the same indigo rib we've used for countless other pieces.

unisex sizing, we recommend women take a size down from your normal size.

Details:

patterned, cut, and sewn in the USA from a 9oz sherpa fabric.

- outer: 65% acrylic, 35% polyester

- thermal lining: 100% cotton

- sleeve lining: 100% nylon

- denim: 100% cotton japanese selvage

wash with care by hand or on gentle cycle. do not bleach or iron. hang to dry, tumble on low heat.

How To Measure

first off, grab a similar shirt, a measuring tape, and find a flat surface to measure on. lay the shirt out flat, smoothing out the fabric to remove all slack.

length

the length from where the shoulder meets neck, straight down to the bottom of the hem, measured on the front of the garment.

shoulder

the width from shoulder point to shoulder point, straight across.

chest

the width of chest, 1" below the armhole.

sleeve

the length along the top of the sleeve from shoulder point to bottom of cuff.

neck

the width of neck opening from seam to seam, where the collar meets the shoulder, straight across.
