our job is to help you find a pair of jeans or pants that fit perfectly. request a hem before your purchase or, try your pants on before sending them back for a hem - whatever you decide, hemming is still free.
once you place your order with a custom hem, we will email you for written confirmation to proceed. for any further questions, don't hesitate to reach out; we are here for you.
please note that once a jean is hemmed, it becomes final sale.
anything with "rigid" in the name has not been washed and is subject to shrinkage. we find it is generally best to plan for 1" loss of length after washing. on the other hand, washed and/or stretch fabrics are not likely to undergo shrinkage from washing in cold water.
regular vs. original hems
only available on washed denim.
all complimentary chainstitch hem requests are done as a regular hem by default. on newly hemmed washed jeans, you'll notice the hem is missing the original distressing applied to the bottom of the garment; however, they will naturally take on fades and distressing after a few wears and washing.
