on process:

for the camo pattern, we knew we wanted to start from square one: so matt took to the studio to paint drafts of the camouflage from scratch.

we turned hand-painted drafts into repeating patterns, and the final result was rotary printed onto a simply beautiful 8.5oz, 100% cotton woodbury twill from Mt.Vernon Mills in Trion, Georgia -- and lastly, over-dyed to achieve the exact shade we had envisioned.
