a relaxed mid-rise that's complemented by western-inspired sloped back pockets, cassidy extends down from the top-block to an easy hip that's finished off with a long, columned leg.

featuring UFO rivets and a 5-pocket construction, each pair is constructed from an indigo-dyed striped cotton fabric -- the missing piece that tied the whole pant together.

How To Measure

first thing's first, grab a pair of your favorite pants that have a similar rise. find a measuring tape and a flat surface to measure on. be sure to lay your pants flat, smoothing out the fabric to remove any slack. compare the measurements to the chart above.

waist

the circumference of the waistband, along the top edge.

hip

the width at the bottom of the J stitch, straight across. double the flat measurement.

Front rise

the length from the bottom of the crotch seam to the top edge of the front waistband.

thigh

starting 1” below the crotch seam, the width of the leg perpendicular to the outer seam. double the flat measurement.

leg opening

the width of the opening at the bottom of the leg. double the flat measurement.

inseam

following the inside-leg seam, the length from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

cassidy is exactly the sort of pant that was missing from my wardrobe - effortlessly cool, and easy to wear.

due to the subtle stripe, i loved pairing these with bold & patterned tops. i decided to leave these unhemmed and wear them slouchy. even though they have a unique design, they were easy to pair with just about everything.

i typically wear a size 26 or 27 and went with a size 26 here. even in my smaller size, i found that they still had an intentional slouchiness which made them extremely easy to wear: i felt just as comfortable sitting at my desk all day as i did enjoying evening walks in them.

when i first tried on the cassidy, i knew they'd become a staple for me. -- the fabric weight was perfect for the summer and i expect it will transition even better into the fall.
