1–YEAR LIMITED REPAIR POLICY

we offer free repairs on all imogene + willie jeans that have been purchased online or from our stores for one year from the date of purchase. repairs on rivets, loose threads, and buttons are complimentary for the life of the jean. after the first year, charges for time and materials will apply.

REPAIR PRICING

  • hardware repairs (zippers, buttons, rivets): free for life.
  • crotch repairs: $30 per panel (average total cost is $60-$90)
  • seat repairs: $20-$50 depending on the size of the repair
  • knee repairs: $30-60 depending on the size of the repair
  • pocket bag replacement: $75 depending on size of the hole
  • back pockets: $30-50 depending on size of the hole
  • back pocket corners: $15 per corner needing repair
  • pocket bags: $10-$40 depending on the size of the hole

please note:  prices are an estimate based on previous repairs. a final quote will be provided by our tailors once we receive your jeans.

REPAIRING YOUR JEANS

all jeans must be washed with soap and water and be free of any stains in order for us to begin the repair process. we do not offer repair services to any jeans that have not been thoroughly cleaned. you can visit our denim care guide for tips on how to wash your jeans.

IN STORE

if you live in Nashville or Austin, you can drop off your jeans at either one of our shops.

BY MAIL

start by filling out our repair form. our team will follow up with you after our tailors have had a chance to look over your form.

in the event that you elect not to have your jeans repaired after receiving a verified price from us, we will send your jeans back and return shipping chargers will apply.
