we're really proud to offer complimentary chainstitch hems on all of our pants. we want to make sure you know a few things before we move forward.
our job is to help you find a pair of jeans or pants that fit perfectly. since items are final sale once hemmed, please hold off on any alterations until you're sure you'll love the size and fit. if you're unsure, you can always reach out to us for fit guidance. you are also welcome to try the pants on first, and then you can send them directly over to our tailor shop once you confirm they fit just right.
it started with a treasured vintage sweatshirt -- one that was used, loved, and worn for so long that the cuffs fell off. not ready to say goodbye, we cut the sleeves a bit shorter, and that small act led to a piece that was more versatile, wearable, and suited for layering that we knew we had to try and recreate it.

first off, grab a similar shirt, a measuring tape, and find a flat surface to measure on. lay the shirt out flat, smoothing out the fabric to remove all slack.
the length from where the shoulder meets neck, straight down to the bottom of the hem, measured on the front of the garment.
the width from shoulder point to shoulder point, straight across.
the width of chest, 1" below the armhole.
the length along the top of the sleeve from shoulder point to bottom of cuff.
the width of neck opening from seam to seam, where the collar meets the shoulder, straight across.
