this fall, our friend and notoriously talented chef, Dean Brock, will eopen the doors to his new Nashville–based restaurant, Audrey. for those who might not be familiar, Sean is widely celebrated for his passionate focus on integrity in ingredients.. and paying homage to their origins within his menu.
a refuge in the Nashville food community, Audrey is an experience where process is as important as the product. every element within their walls has been sourced with intent from a throughtful assortment of makers here in Nashville. we were invited (and extremely honored) to participate in outfitting their team with an i+w uniform. we look forward to the first of many meals at Audrey.
