returns / exchanges

we will gladly accept any full price item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. please return merchandise unworn, unwashed and without alterations to the address below. 

for all exchanges, please include a note with the size / item for which you’d like to exchange along with authorization to charge the card used on the original order for the $10 shipping fee. 

all sale, gift cards, custom inseams and one of a kind pieces are final sale. final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

to return an item, please send items pre-paid and insured to:

when returning an item for a refund, please make sure to include your initial order number, full name and contact information.

because of the limited nature of our products, if you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us at help@imogeneandwillie.com for confirmation that your desired size and item for exchange are in stock. upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed, unused and without alteration, to us at the address above. there will be a $10 charge for shipping and handling for all exchanges. please include a check or approval of these charges with your item.

imogene + willie will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. when your item is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. please allow 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable. we reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn and damaged items, or any item returned after 30 days from original delivery.

all sale items, gift cards, vintage and one of a kind pieces are final sale. we do not offer exchanges, returns or store credit for final sale items.

if an item was purchased at full price at one of our shop locations, we will accept merchandise for exchange or store credit only. we do not issue refunds for in-store purchases. items must be returned to the store where they were purchased within 14 days of the time of purchase. all items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and without alterations. please stop by one of our shops or email us at help@imogeneandwillie.com for assistance with an in-store purchase.
