we gladly accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

we are happy to offer free exchanges on any full-priced item. we believe the fit is an essential part of making a garment perfect. when you receive your item, try it out, and if for any reason it’s not perfect we’ll get you one that is, at no extra cost.

please keep in mind that all returned and exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations. sale items, gift cards, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.   more info

for purchases shipped internationally, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. just be aware that import taxes or tariffs, customs fees, or other charges may apply, and imogene + willie is not responsible for any of these charges.

we want you to love your imogene + willie goods. if something just isn’t the right fit, send it back within 30 days.

we charge a $10 shipping fee which will be deducted from your order total when your refund is processed.

4WE’LL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE

when we receive the item back, we’ll automatically refund your payment less a $10 return shipping fee, and send you a confirmation email.

please note: it takes approximately 2-7 business days to ship your item back, and 3 business days to process your return — 5-10 business days total.

we want you to love your imogene + willie goods. that’s why we offer a free 30-day exchange policy. take your time, try ’em out, and make sure they’re just right. if you need to exchange anything for a different size or a different product altogether, you can send them back at no cost and we’ll ship you another one — as many times as it takes.

additionally, please understand that a lot of our goods sell fast. if the item that you’d like to exchange with becomes unavailable, don’t worry. we will promptly contact you and do everything we can to get you something you love, in a size that fits.

5WE’LL SHIP YOU YOUR NEW ITEM

when we receive the item back from you, we’ll automatically ship your requested exchange item if the exchanged item is available and is of equal or lesser value, and send you a confirmation email.

for any requested exchanged items that are of lesser value, we will automatically credit you the balance of the item and tax. for any that are of greater value, we will pause the exchange and promptly contact you to discuss payment options for the balance due.

please note: it takes approximately 2-7 business days to ship your item back, and 3 business days to process your exchange. after we ship out your exchanged merchandise, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery — 7-17 business days total.

all washed, worn, or damaged items, as well as any items returned after 30 days from delivery are ineligible for return or exchange.

purchases made at an imogene + willie retail store may be returned or exchanged online (subject to eligibility) within 30 days. you must include a copy of your purchase receipt with your item. download, print, and write out a return/exchange form, and include it with your item when you ship it back to us via the shipping courier of your choice. since you’ll pay your courier directly, we will not reimburse your return shipping charges. we will then contact you as soon as it arrives to complete the process with you.

purchases made online from imogeneandwillie.com may be returned to or exchanged at an imogene + willie retail store (subject to eligibility and availability) within 30 days of delivery. you must provide your online order confirmation email along with all eligible merchandise to your nearest store.

please allow 2-7 business days for return shipping (if you print a shipping label through our website), and 3 business days for processing of any return or exchange once it arrives at our facility. for exchanges, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery of the new merchandise.

the shipping charges paid as part of your original order total are non-refundable. for returns, we issue a refund for the sum of all eligible returned items and tax, less a $10 return shipping fee. for exchanges of lesser value, we issue a refund for the balance of all eligible exchanged items and tax.

for returns and exchanges of lesser value, once you receive confirmation from us that your refund has been processed, please allow your bank up to, on average, 3 business days to credit the funds back to your account. refund times vary. contact your banking institution for more information.

for returns, if you print a shipping label through our website, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. for exchanges, no shipping fee is applied if you print a shipping label through our website.
