this jean was sewn from the first selvage denim to be manufactured in the United States since the closure of the Cone Denim White Oak plant. Cone' historic looms were restored to their former glory by Vidalia Mills, a new denim mill in Louisiana... now the sole mill in America that produces premium selvage denim fabric. our original cut of lot 1 was only expected to yield 350 pairs, but we were fortunate to get another 50 pairs from this batch.
a gorgeous 14oz, 3x1, right-hand-twill denim woven on the original 1950's Draper X3 looms. the fabric has a pure indigo hue that fades with time and circumstance.
every inch of this fabric directly reflects the hard work that it takes to maintain manufacturing in the United States.
our team has found that it is running true to size, go ahead and take your usual size. this rigid denim is a sturdy fabric, and should be snug at first. after a few days of wear, the fabric will give to fit you just right.

HOW WE MEASURE
every body is different. we know how hard it can be to find the right jean when shopping online, but rest assured—we’re here to help.
first thing's first, you’ll be measuring your body, not your other clothes. we’ve found it’s the easiest way to find what size is best for you. we recommend measuring in front of a mirror, directly against your skin, and keeping the measuring tape taut.
natural waist: the smallest part of your body’s waistline, not necessarily where your jeans will fall.
hip: the fullest part of your body below your waistband and above the knee.
we want you to know: we’re here for you! our help team works in our shop, where they have put thousands of pairs of legs in jeans. most importantly, they are passionate about finding you your perfect fit. if you have questions at all, just reach out. email or call (615) 739-5286.
made with purpose, from fit design to the smallest details. our dream is to create timeless, sophisticated, albeit simple pieces that give you the freedom to express your personal style - clothes that give you further confidence to embrace and celebrate who you are.
each pair of jeans tells a story. as they wear in and fade, your jeans become a part of you. wear often, wash not so often.
