we’ve also made a few women’s tees along the way, but there was always a disclaimer in there... something like this: “we believe in this tee, but we are still on the quest to make the perfect women's tee." today, we feel really strongly that we have done just that.
but we’re not calling it the "perfect tee”. like anything intrinsically good, it still has life ahead of it to learn from, to live in—to evolve. we’ve sat in piles of vintage t-shirts for over twenty years, and we've had our hands on thousands of them. all the while we were studying what, to me, would best complement and become a staple companion to your jean.
the fabric
for years we've been on a mission to find a fabric to live up to the first linen cotton tees from the early days of i+w. developed with longevity in mind, this durable linen cotton fabric is a perfect blend—meant to carry you through the warm summer months for years to come.
the fit
our team has found the archive tee is running true to size, so feel free to take your usual women's i+w size. if you need any help determining your size, please reach out to us.
